The Judicial Branch of Graham County includes the Superior Court and two Justice of the Peace Courts. If you are searching for arrest warrants in Graham County, you will want to begin your warrant search with these three courts. Justices of the Peace issue arrest warrants after receiving a sworn complaint by a law enforcement officer setting forth the details of the alleged crime. Justices use these complaints, with or without sworn testimony, to determine that probable cause exists to issue an arrest warrant.

Precinct 1 is located at 800 W. Main Street in Safford, AZ 85546. Precinct 2 is located at 136 West Center in Pima, AZ 85543. You can contact both offices during regular business hours to request information on active warrants and criminal cases. To search for active cases in the Superior Court, use the online court information website provided by the Arizona Supreme Court. This website gives current information on open and closed criminal cases filed in or transferred to the Graham County Superior Court.

The best place to search for outstanding warrants is through the Graham County Sheriff’s Office. The Sheriff’s Office is charged with executing arrest warrants for the county. The office has information about outstanding warrants as well as detailed arrest records. You can view a list of recent bookings on the Sheriff’s website here. Graham County, AZ crime data

More than 100 cases of property crimes and 61 cases of violent crimes were investigated by Graham County Police in 2019. The annual crime average was 165 incidences, as compared to the 126 complaints recorded in 2018.

Over 55 cases of serious assault were among the 61 violent crime cases. There were 20 burglaries, 76 larceny-theft reports, and 8 motor vehicle theft complaints among the 104 property crime incidents.

Between 2001 and 2008, there were about 4,000 total crimes reported in Graham County. Of those crimes, only 17% were considered violent. Of those violent crimes, there was only one murder and two rapes. However, the number of assaults reported was almost 700 for those years. While overall crime rates only increased by 34%, the level of violent crime grew by over 90% for the same period.
